Finishing salt is meant to be used on food that's already pau, (ready/ been cooked), as a final garnish right before it's eaten or served.

The Process

01. We cook our artisanal cooking salts in small batches. Each batch is slow roasted for six-hours to extract the natural flavors from each ingredient, then stirred and sifted.

02. Our ingredients are sourced from local farmers in the Hawaiian islands to secure prime and organic products, sustainably sourced and in-season.

03. Hapa Hawaiian Salts are the perfect seasoning for any dish. Whether it’s salting meats for a barbecue, throwing a pinch on your fresh ahi catch, seasoning veggies, or gifting friends and family, Hapa is all you need.

Handcrafted with Hawaiian sea salt, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh ground peppercorns and paprika.

Great on steak, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.

Add to soups, stews, and all other recipes!

HOT HAWAIIAN

Our spicy blend.

Handcrafted with Hawaiian sea salt, fresh garlic, hand-picked Hawaiian chili peppers, and fresh ground peppercorns.

Use this mix to add spice to your foods.

Great on fish, chicken, pork, lamb, and vegetables.

'ŌLENA/

TURMERIC

Our newest, warmest blend.

Perfect for experimenting with new flavors.

Handcrafted with Kualoa Ranch-grown 'Ōlena or Turmeric, Hawaiian sea salt, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, fresh ground peppercorns and paprika.

Great on poultry, seafood or vegetables.

Add to soups, stir frys, salads, and curries.
