  • Maui Onion, sliced fairly thick
    Mini Sweet Peppers
    Eggplant, cut in length
    Zucchini, cut long
    Corn on the cob

Brush vegetables with olive oil.
Sprinkle Hapa ‘Old School’ Original Salt.
Grill and enjoy!

Hapa Hot Hawaiian Ahi Poke

 

1 lb fresh or fresh frozen ahi - cubed.
1 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp minded fresh garlic
1/2 lime- juiced
3 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 finely slivered maui onion
1/4 cup green onion chopped
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp Hapa Hot Hawaiian Salt
1 Tbsp Sesame oil (you can omit this if you want true “Hawaiian Style” Poke)
Optional- 1-2 tbsp Hawaiian Chili pepper Water

Mix all gently.
Add more Salts to season per personal preferences.

Hapa Edamame

 

Great Pupu!
Boil 4 quarts water with 2 Tbsp Hapa ‘Old School’ Original Salt or Hapa Hot Hawaiian Salt
Place frozen edamame or shelled edamame in boiling water. Cook as directed on package.
Drain and sprinkle Hapa “Old School” Original or Hot Hawaiian onto Edamame
Serve warm or cold
